Wahoo Concrete Building

The Wahoo economic development director was looking for a building that could allow new job growth in town.  Lacey Construction, Inc. built this 10,000 square foot building with the hopes of helping find those jobs.  The building is a clear span pre-engineered structure with 8 overhead doors, all designed to provide flexibility for a new owner.  That owner would become Wahoo Concrete, who purchased the building to help grow their hog slat manufacturing operations.  The building is used to produce, store and load their products and has provided new jobs for Wahoo.
