Security Home Bank 

This project was an addition and remodel of the existing building.  The project was completed in two phases.  First we completed the 2,200 square foot addition that included new teller area, a personal banking office, new men’s and women’s restrooms, a media area, break room and new conference room.  The bank moved their operations into the new space while we completely demolished the old space.  We then built new loan production offices, executive offices and a safety deposit viewing room. Lacey Construction, Inc. completed this design/build project in eight months.
