Ocean Rain Auto Wash 120^th & Maple 

This new car wash facility featured four individual bays for automatic car wash equipment.  The building is 4,000 square feet and featured a mix of burnished block, brick and EIFS for the exterior construction and a pre-cast concrete roof.  Lacey Construction, Inc. started the design/build project in November and the customer started washing cars by April.
