Kimball Lofts 

Kimball Lofts, a condominium conversion project located near the Old Market district of Omaha.  The project includes a complete renovation of the five story and 100 year old Kimball Laundry and Graham Ice Cream buildings.  The project combined the buildings to create thirty-one luxury loft style units.  The building features indoor/outdoor parking, a fitness center, a common gathering center and roof top decks. The design/build project was started in January of 2006 and is set to have residents move in the summer of 2007.
