Kimball Lofts

Kimball Lofts, a condominium conversion project located near the Old Market district of Omaha.  The project includes a complete renovation of the five story and 100 year old Kimball Laundry and Graham Ice Cream buildings.  The project combined the buildings to create thirty-one luxury loft style units.  The building features indoor/outdoor parking, a fitness center, a common gathering center and roof top decks. The design/build project was started in January of 2006 and is set to have residents move in the summer of 2007.

Giovanna Rows

Giovanna Rows is a new construction project that will consist of 16 Row House units, including 2 live work units.  These beautifully designed row houses are located in the reemerging Little Italy district of Omaha and include Italian style architecture, three story living and private roof top decks. The design/build project started in the spring of 2007 and will have residents ready to occupy in 2008.
